We got an exclusive "behind the scenes" look in the kitchen of restaurant La Paix (2 Michelin Stars).
It is here that chef David Martin works his magic, combining local flavours with Japanese influences. What do you think of Flemish Stew with Waguya beef... or a soufflé of passion fruit with miso...

In a professional kitchen, everything has to move fast. We only had 3 hours to shoot 4 tasty intro video's. Efficiency from the crew was essential. Luckily for us, David is also a trained TV chef !
